The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - one--appears intuitively likely but is difficult to test. However, in broad terms our findings support the hypothesis that meteorites may retain a palaeoclimatic signature of their time of fall in the degree to which they are weathered. Biography Robinho was born in Parque Bitaru, a poor neighborhood of São Vicente in Santos, where he began playing football at an early age. When he was six years old, he was signed to the Beira-Mar, a local footballing academy; his team won the championship in his first year.[2] One of his teammates at the time was Marcelo, once Robinho's teammate at Real Madrid. In 1993, at the age of just eight, Robinho played for the Portuários futsal team. He later joined Santos's youth program, which at the time was overseen by Brazilian football legend Pelé. Club career Santos In 2002, at the age of seventeen, Robinho signed his first professional contract with Santos,in brazil making 24 appearances in his debut season and scoring nine goals as Santos won the 2002 Campeonato Brasileiro. He reached the final of the 2004 Copa Libertadores with Santos, but lost in the final to Boca Juniors. His form had brought him to the attention of many European clubs in the summer of 2004, but Robinho remained with Santos after the Brazilian club rejected all offers. However, his form suffered in the 2004-05 season after his mother, Marina da Silva Souza, was kidnapped by gunmen at her Praia Grande home on November 6, but she was released unharmed six weeks later after a ransom was paid.[3] He managed only four goals in eight league games, but his value nonetheless continued to increase and at the end of the year, Santos were finding it increasingly difficult to hold on to their star player. Finally in July 2005 Spanish giants Real Madrid signed Robinho by agreeing to pay a fee equal to 60 percent of the buyout clause in his contract belonging to Santos (€24 million). Real Madrid Robinho played his first La Liga game on August 28, 2005 in a 2-1 win against Cádiz CF, coming on as a 65th-minute replacement for Thomas Gravesen. He ended up making 37 appearances and scored eight goals in his first season. Robinho playing for Manchester City. At the start of the 2006-07 campaign, Robinho fell out of favour with new manager Fabio Capello, and he spent much of the first few months of the season on the bench. Only after the winter break did Robinho find himself in the starting eleven. He was given permission by FIFA to skip a Copa América training session with Brazil so he could take part in Madrid's season finale against Mallorca on June 18, 2007, which they won 3-1 and in the process claimed their thirtieth league title, which was also the third of Robinho's career. He contributed eleven goals and fourteen assists for Madrid in the 2007-08 La Liga season. On September 1, 2008, team president Ramón Calderón revealed to the Brazilian media that he had threatened to end Robinho's career in order to force his exit from the club, and claimed that the reason for Robinho's departure was "due to human indolence. Manchester City On September 1, 2008, the final day of the Premier League summer transfer window, Robinho completed a €42.5m (£32.5m) move to Manchester City,he is currently the highest paid footballer in the world earning about £160 000 per week.on the same day the club was bought out by Arab investment company Abu Dhabi United Group. He had previously been linked with a transfer to Chelsea, and he had emphasised his desire to play for the London club up to the eve of the transfer. On August 27, Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon said that the club were "confident" that the transaction would go through, and Madrid had also given their consent for the player to leave. In an interview with The Guardian, Robinho stated that City being a big club and the presence of friends Jô and Elano were incentives for him to join the team. He made his team debut and scored his very first Premier League goal on Saturday 13th September 2008, in a 3-1 home defeat to Chelsea. Ironically it was against the team that wanted him. On October 26, he scored his first Premier League hat-trick against Stoke City, and he scored his first European goal for City in a 3-2 UEFA Cup group stage win over FC Twente on November 6. He took the captians armband against Hull City because of Richard Dunne's suspension. The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - samples are as puzzling. Their O isotopic composition [2] suggest that samples #01.3.10h and #01.3.19b are CI-CR-like, while #01.3.16b is CI-like: #01.3.18a appears unique. Petrographically, three are described as CI-CM breccias (with pyrrhotite admixture for #01.3.18a) while #01.3.19b is described as a carbonaceous breccia, possibly containing enstatite chondrite. Contents of the nine most volatile elements (Ag --%3E In) are inconsistent with simple mixing of components like CI, CM, or CR chondrites [5,6]. In the four Kaidun samples, compositional heterogeneities greatly exceed those evident in CI or CR (or CM) chondrites [6]. In Murchison (C2M), compositional heterogeneities involving volatiles are greater in 5-30 mg than

The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - forsteritic olivine grains and their fayalitic rims exhibit steep increases in Fe/Mg ratios, Mn, and in some cases Al. Some profiles show spikes of Cr, indicating a fine (%3C=l micrometers) Cr-spinel-rich layer at the core-rim boundary. Fayalitic rims in Ningqiang overlap in composition with those in Allende, but some are more Fe-rich (Fa(sub)36-53). Fayalitic olivine in Ningqiang matrix is more Fe-rich (Fa(sub)52-59) than that rimming chondrules and is also more Fe-rich than that in Allende matrix (Fa(sub)30-52). The fayalitic olivine in Ningqiang matrix occurs as 2-5-micrometers-sized irregular-shaped crystals and not as platy crystals as in Allende; however, fayalitic olivine in Ningqiang and Allende has a similar Fe/Mn ratio (~200), suggesting a genetic relationship. The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - of Fe lost to evaporation is ~54%. Two samples were evaporated at 1600 degrees C for 2 hr, one (ALTE-2) in vacuum, and the other (ALTE-11) in H2. ALTE-11 has a higher mass loss than ALTE-2 (41% vs. 36%) and lower Fe, Mn, Cr, and Co abundances, suggesting either increased evaporation rates or more effective removal of Fe, Ni, and Co into the Pt wire during evaporation in H2. The James M. DuPont Meteorite Collection - mass loss, from 30% in residues evaporated at 1300 degrees C to over 90% in those evaporated at 1600 degrees C. Thus, even small Mn depletions require temperatures in excess of those at which Na and K are completely lost. Loss of Fe (as well as Cr, Ni, and Co) to the Pt wire limits the applicability of these results to the determination of the relative volatilities of these elements. However, mass balance calculations to determine the proportions of these elements that diffused into the Pt can allow an estimate of the fractions that were lost to evaporation. Preliminary calculations place an upper limit of 45%, for the most refractory residue, on the amount of Fe that diffused into the Pt wire relative to the total Fe initially present. The corresponding amount
