When a Tank is set on fire a timer is activated, when the timer reaches a certain limit (30s for Versus, 30-40s depending upon difficulty for Campaign) the Tank will die, no matter what HP the Tank is on. Until that moment being on fire does NO damage. The small amount of damage I took was due to standing in the fire.
