John Mayers bodyguard attacking and pushing to the pavement photographer Marc Rhea at 10:10 p.m. November 18 in front of Wolfgangs Steakhouse in Beverly Hills. The action occurs just as John Mayer and a male friend walk out the front door of the restaurant. BACKGROUND: Mayer and his friend had been at the restaurant since about 8:30 p.m. There were several paparazzi standing on the pavement outside of Wolfgangs waiting to take Mayers photo. Again, there were only several photographers. Not a group. Not a mob. At 10:10 p.m. on a Tuesday night, the sidewalk in front was empty and quiet. It was a quiet, peaceful scene. The few photographers that were there were working together. They were on the same team. They made no attempt to push or jostle or rush up to Mayer. They were standing in a simple line. They were standing still. As Mayer and his friend walk out of the restaurant, with his friend in the lead, we hear the Ginsburg-Spaly videographer call out: Hey John, how are you? Fantastic, how are you doing? Mayer replies. Good, good, good, the Ginsburg-Spaly videographer replies. Then the chaos starts. It is at this instant that Marc Rhea, who has his camera up to his eye photographing Mayer, feels a big THUD in the center of his back as hes struck from behind. At the same time in a very low voice close to his ear he hears, Watch out! Hes been struck by Mayers bodyguard, who had brought up the car to the curb for Mayer and his friend. So as Mayer was walking out the front door toward the curb with the photographers facing him, the bodyguard was walking up from the curb and took the occasion to take a whack at Rhea. You fucking bumped me, man... we hear a surprised Rhea blurt out as the bodyguard hits him. But as Rhea turns to see whats going on, we see the bodyguard, now in the frame, pushing and shoving Rhea toward the building and to the pavement. Playing the tape in slow motion, we see that even Mayers friend realizes its the bodyguard who is causing this unneeded drama. Mayers friend actually moves to intercede but the bodyguard pays him no heed. What you dont see is that while his shoving me, hes also trying to knock my camera to the sidewalk to break it. But I feel him trying to do this so Im using both my arms to hold it in and I actually fall on my face because Im trying to protect my camera, Rhea said afterward. Rheas Canon EOS 1DS Mark III with a Canon L series lens carries a price tag of over $8000. Still photographs taken as Rhea is getting pummeled show a very unharried and non-harrassed Mayer and his pal walking out the front door with their doggie bags of lefteover food. No one is near them. No one is threatening them. They walk out the front door and veer off toward the left in the direction of their car at the curb. Why the attack? We hear the bodyguard say, Wrong guy, wrong guy, as he breaks off his attack. Was there someone else he was gunning for? Earlier in the evening when the videographer was parking his car in the parking lot adjoining the restaurant, the bodyguard walked up to him and said the parking lot was private and he, the videographer should leave. The videographer replied, correctly, that in fact it was a public lot and he wouldnt leave. Sounds like you want to make this personal, the bodyguard said. It was an uneccessary remark. It was posturing. Keep in mind that all over Beverly Hills and surrounding areas, celebrities are continually walking out of restaurants to their cars without incident. There is no bravado, no posturing. This bodyguard seemed to want to inject himself into what typically would otherwise have been an unremarkable situation.

**Please Read** Okay so after much searching and then buying a nice black Treeless saddle, I have come to decide I will never ever put a treed saddle on my dear Sassy. The treeless saddle is worth more to me then my other saddles which are now up for sale.. As you can see from all my other videos Sassy isn't rushing the fences. She's calmer and even rounding out more.. Of course you can't see this in the video because her head was up looking at some cows on the pasture..but she does round out a few times.. I will definitely get some videos of us doing flat work this weekend so you can see.. we are still working on her right lead since this is the lead the other saddles were pinching the most but.. you'll see how good she is on the flat with the treeless saddle..

Part 4 of Little Nemo the Dream Master, where everything is upside down. Honestly, I hate this level. It's ugly, boring, the music is horrible, and it's just a really bad way to lead into the final area. But what are you gonna do? Commentary: 0:15 - Key #1 is right over here, be sure to get it now, you can't come back for it. Honestly, I'm shocked there wasn't some furry idiot at the start to inform me "Everything is upside down!". 0:34 - Key #2 is also pretty hard to miss. 1:00 - Huh. Usually there's a couple of plate-throwing monkeys here guarding this health and Key #3. Well, they're not here, so I'm not complaining. 1:05 - See, there they are. Guys, you're late. 1:21 - Key #4. You'd be surprised how easy this one is to overlook. 1:47 - Key #5. MWH is more than tough enough to take the hit here. 2:13 - Just a 1-up I don't need here... 2:27 - ...but on the other side, we find the elusive Key #6 2:43 - Frack! And things were going so well, too... 2:48 - This is something else I hate about this level. In the other levels, there's a continue point halfway through (except Nemo's House, but it wouldn't do much good there anyways, seeing as to get anyplace, you need the bee near the beginning). Here, you gotta start all the way at the beginning if you die. At least you don't need to collect the keys again. 4:08 - D'oh! Feedable animals on narrow platforms can be a pain. 4:50 - Okay, we're back here. 5:08 - Heh...see #7 down there? Now imagine you made it across that nasty platform area we just flew over without the bee, then finding that. Just fly down to get it. 5:23 - ...You're not Mom. Prepare for a long cutscene. 5:57 - Do you -really- have to ask what Nightmare Land is? Isn't the name self-explanitory? 7:01 - Sheesh, Nemo, quit whining. 7:23 - He still has that dumb look on his face.
