"Hey kassi" Joe smiled walking up to her and wrapping her in a hug "Hey Joe" she hugged back. "Ready?" She asked. "Sure am" He nodded. Kassi and Joe had planned to hang out today, just the two of them. Alone for the first time ever, because it seemed that whenever Kassi wanted to be alone with Joe, his brothers or her friends were always somewhat invited. It didnt bother her, but she just wanted to spend some time alone with him is all.Truth was, they had spent alot of time alone latley, and she loved it! They both got on the bus and headed out to the beach. Finally arriving there they take off their shoes and walk in closer to the salty walter, sitting a couple of feet away from it. Kassi looked as Joe looked across the water, she looked at the same view he was watching and smiled. "It's nice to finally be alone" She admitted. "Yeah" Joe said not looking at her "It really is, now I can really get to know you" "What's there to know?" She asked. "I dont know" Joe shrugged. "Anything you feel like I should know" "Well. I'm an only child, and so I get practically anything I want which is good in most cases." "How can it be bad?" Joe asked curiously "It can be lonely being the only kid in the house, besides my mom is never home, and my dad is always away on a business trip, so I spend some lonely nights in my house" "That must suck" Joe said looking at her. "It's not that bad, I mean I always spend them at Liz's." Joe nodded. "How about you?" She asked curiously. "Well. I dont know much to say about me. I'm just a normal guy...well far from normal, because alot of my friends make fun of me because I'm a true sap for romance. I like taking my girl out to dinner, and somewhere special, and it always hurts to hurt her" Kassi smiles at his response. "That's a good thing. Atleast you're different. And girls like that" "I guess" He smiled at her, and she smiled right back. "So tell me more about you?" He asked. "I love dance" Kassi admitted "It's the only way to get away from alot of my problems, and it's a way I like to express myself." "What problems can you possibly have? You seem so perfect" Joe said curious "Trust me.... alot of truth can be hidden behind one person." Joe stayed silent at this comment, he really didnt know how to resoond to it. So he just simply went back to looking at the water. The two continued to talk for another hour or so. Kassi layed on his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around her waist, staring as the sunset begin to lower she looked up at him and smiled. "You're awesome you know that?" Kassi said looking at him Joe looked down and smiled. "You're not too bad yourself" He scrunched up his face as he placed a kiss on her forhead. Kassi closed her eyes into the kiss, when she opened them back up she saw Joe still looking at her, she smiled as she cupped her right hand on his face and pulled him down onto her lips. Their two lips collided, feeling the softness of eachother's touch, Joe and Kassi continued to kiss as the sun finally dissapeared behind the ocean. --------------------------- "Hey Kevy" Liz said as she came out of the lockerroom all freshened up and in clean clothes. She saw Kevin waiting for her outside of the doors as she exited. They had planned to hang out at her house for the day.[It's friday] "Hey Lizzy" He smiled as he hugged her and kissed her cheek. The two walked to the busstop as they waited for the bus to arrive, when it did arrive they got in and got off in their stop. Heading into Liz's house, she dropped her bag by the door and headed upstairs with Kevin right behind her. Finally in her room she dropped herself on the bed exhausted. "Ahhh" She sighed in satisfaction. Kevin laughed "Softball got you that tired?" He asked sitting at the corner of her bed. "Yeah. But I love the rush when you're running to homeplate" She said. "It does sound pretty cool." "Are you into any sports?" She asked. "Never was my thing, more of Joes. I was into music, but it seemed more of Nick's thing. I'm more into art and poetry" "You know, it doesnt have to be their thing, it could be your thing too" "I know" He shrugged "But it's just how things are" Kassi nodded sitting down on her bed making more room for Kevin. "I wonder what Joe and Kassi are doing" Liz thought outloud. "Why?" Kevin asked curiously "I dont know" She shrugged. "Hmmm.." Kevin hummed. "What?"
