Presentation delivered to conference of approximately 210 delegates representing 60 airlines and numerous vendors of airline ancillary revenue products and services. Main theme of the presentation is an introduction of the "late buy - early buy continuum" that demonstrates how airlines can significantly improve take-up rates and therefore increase ancillary revenue by better timing the offer to data on actual passenger purchase behaviour. Speech was delivered at the ARAC Conference in Budapest, Hungary on 20 November 2008 by Martin Collings.
