this is a vegan hardcore/metal band from raleigh NC... they broke up in 2006. taked from their myspace: After playing the final show of our final tour on March 24th of the year 2006 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Undying has decided to part ways. As is always the case, we have our reasons for the break-up, some petty, some great, none of which we will go into here. Suffice to say that for the past eight years we have had the rare opportunity to travel the world, have more than a few interesting experiences, and make friends, too many to be counted here, who we will hold heart-close and dear for a lifetime and more. Our thanks and love truly, to each and every one. And so, we dedicate these past eight years of our lives, all of the songs we have sung, to everyone who is fighting to save a tiny bit of this sad, ravaged world, to anyone, anywhere who longs to dance in the ashes of this last empire that has marched and herded us so close to collapse. "Bea, Nick, this is Alex, my girlfriend." I smiled knowing Kevin was really happy. "Hi Alex, it's nice to meet you." "You too." She said smiling, starting to blush, and had big eyes. I had a confused look on my face as Nick said hi and laughed at me. "What?" I question him as Kevin and Alex were walking in front of us. "You haven't read an magazine's have you?" I thought about that for a second and he was right. "No why?" "We've been all over them." "Seriously? Great, let's see how many people hate me." We walked listening to Kevin and Alex in the backround just enjoying being outside together in the nice night air. My phone started ringing and it was Joe. "Hello?" "Nick forgot his phone where is he? Is he with you? I need to talk to him." "Ok hold on." I handed Nick my phone and smiled. "Hello Joe." He said without guessing I laughed and pulled him towards Alex and Kevin. "So, we're did you two meet?" I wanted to make some talk and let Alex know she was a friend to us and we didn't want to just go off and not talk to her. Kevin seemed grateful and Alex lit up at the question. "I ran into him at the park, and we started talking, it's not amazing but I'm here now which makes it amazing." I nodded knowing exactly how she felt. "Do you guys want to go to Dinner tomorrow with Nick and I?" "Sure. Thanks." I smiled. "Yeah we'll talk more since Joe is freaking out over something." I laughed and pointed in Nick's direction. "Joe, it's ok, just calm down...I forgot my phone!" You guys go ahead, I'm going to see what's going on." "Okay." I walked back to Nick and he hung up the phone. "What's up?" "Joe left Melinda." "What do you mean by that?" "He realized she didn't love him, and he's going to try and make things work with JoJo since he's crushing on her...are you okay? He didn't want to make you mad..." "I'm fine, I knew Joe would make a good choice, Melinda likes a lot of guys at a time, and I think she's crushing on Taylor Lautner so I know she'd use Joe's love to meet him...which is really sad since we're cousins and it kills me." "Well, you're okay right?" "Of course." I smiled and he pulled me close. We started to kiss but Kevin and Alex turned to walk back to the house and spotted us. "Uh, which way do we go Kev?" "Uh, just keep walking." I broke out laughing, not meaning to end the kiss but I couldn't believe they were going to walk farther. "Sorry." I said to Nick, Alex, and Kevin. They walked passed us fast this time and I held on to Nick as we walked back. It was late and I was tried so when I hit the pillow I was asleep. I woke up in the morning and went to go talk to Joe first. I knocked on the door. "Come in." "Hey Joe." "Oh hey Bea, I-" "I wanted to tell you I'm okay with it and I think you and JoJo are going to be cute." "Thanks, for being okay with it, but I'm just going to stay single for now, too much problems, I need to wait until my heart it okay again." He seemed sad. "Oh, okay. Is there anything we could do? We're going out to eat if you want to come?" But before Joe could answer that Nick came in and pulled me away. "Sorry Joe, I need my girlfriend." I started laughing. "Nick, I was going to ask Joe to come to dinner with us and Kevin." "Sorry babe, but we have a day planned." "Planned?" "Yup." He gave me his rare beautiful smile making me forget everything. "Uh, okay." We got into the car and went out to eat something for breakfast. Instead of going to the park like we usually do we went to the mall. "What are we doing Nick?" "You'll see." He smiled again. We went up some stairs and before we were at the top Nick asked me to close my eyes. "Ok?" I held on to Nick as he lead me somewhere, my mind getting curious since there was a little wind. We stopped and I was near a railing. "Ok, open your eyes." I opened it and saw a perfect view of the town, buildings, stores, some houses, it was amazing. "Wow." Was all I could say. We ended up looking around and going to the beach. We had a nice walk and I got Nick wet. "I'm gonna get you!" I started laughing and running at the same time, of course I didn't get that far and we fell to the ground laughing. We got back up after a couple of minutes and brushed sand off. I looked at my phone. "Hey Kevin." "Hey, you guys coming back for dinner?" "Yeah we'll be there in a minute. Bye." "You're best friends with my brothers now." "Are you jealous?" "Never, cause you're all mine." and with that he kissed me. Somehow we ended up in the car with Big Rob driving us back. We took showers and changed so we could go out with Kevin and Alex. "Sorry." Both Nick and I said. "It's okay, I knew I had to call in for back up. Thanks Big Rob." "Your welcome." Rig Rob left to go back to the house. "It was you?" Kevin started laughing. "Sorry." "It's ok, I guess I'll let you off the hook." "Oh thanks." We laughed.
